Terms and conditions GK Polaris

1. The GK Polaris Discovery subscription provides you with unlimited access to selected Virtual Classroom courses for 12 months from purchase date.
2. Training courses can be added, modified or discontinued during the subscription period by Global Knowledge at any time. The current overview of included Virtual Classroom training courses can be found here.
3. It is not permitted to register for training courses that run simultaneously.
4. All training courses must be completed on or before the end date of the subscription.
5. Global Knowledge maintains a 'fair use - policy' with GK Polaris Discovery. This means that all training courses for which the trainee enrolls are actually completed and therefore are followed in their entirety. Global Knowledge will actively monitor this and in the event of abuse we reserve the right to terminate the subscription.
6. GK Polaris Discovery is a named subscription; it is meant to be used by a single individual. If another person attends the training we will charge the full training fee.
7. A valid ID is required prior to the training for identification.
8. For classroom and Virtual Classroom training courses within the Axelos portfolio (including ITIL and PRINCE2) there is an exam requirement. This requirement is imposed by Axelos. This means that within the GK Polaris Discovery subscription, ITIL® and PRINCE2® training courses have a separate exam fee. When you book an ITIL® or PRINCE2® training course within the GK Polaris Discovery subscription, you will receive a separate quote. The price is € 393,- per exam.
9. If the subscriber cancels or postpones a training course as part of GK Polaris Discovery subscription within the time frames set out below, a fee will be charged according to the schedule below.

10. A cancellation or request for delay can only be made by e-mail to info@globalknowledge.be. Global Knowledge will confirm the cancellation or request. The time of receipt of the message by Global Knowledge is decisive for the time of a cancellation or a postponement request. Cancellations or postponement requests by any means other than by e-mail to the e-mail address stated above will not be accepted. From the first day of the start of the training course it is no longer possible to request cancellation or postponement. In this case € 500,- is due.
11. An order for a GK Polaris Discovery subscription will be invoiced immediately, to be paid within 30 days.
